John Jaqua
Chairman / CEO

John Jaqua of Piezo Technologies.John Jaqua is President/CEO of Piezo Technologies, as well as founder and principal of Wabash Equity Group, a venture capital consulting firm. He was a commercial bank president for seven years, before moving to investment banking at Raffensperger-Hughes, Indianapolis (now Nat City Investments). Jaqua's investment banking experience includes over forty transactions, such as negotiating sales and acquisitions of companies and restructuring and arranging debt and equity. He has specialized in manufacturing, including acting as a consultant to the former owner of Piezo Technologies. Jaqua negotiated, organized and financed the Piezo Technologies management buyout in December 1999. Jaqua is a graduate of Wabash College.



Dennis Fletcher
President

Dennis Fletcher of Piezo TechnologiesDennis Fletcher is the President of Piezo Technologies and member of the board. He brings a wealth of experience in manufacturing, sales, engineering, and quality management in both the high volume medical device and custom electronics manufacturing business sectors. Since joining the Piezo Technologies Team in 2004, Dennis has engineered the restructure of the business driving significant financial, process control, and efficiency improvements in the ceramic and transducer product lines. His utilization of lean and six-sigma techniques has influenced a change of culture throughout the organization. Dennis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Weber State University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.



Randall S. Coakes
Chief Financial Officer

Randall S. Coakes of Piezo TechnologiesRandall S. Coakes is the CFO for Piezo Technologies. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and company leadership for various manufacturing companies. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with advanced ERP and manufacturing systems processes. Since joining Piezo Technologies, he has simplified and streamlined financial reporting, delivering more information faster and has provided additional senior level guidance to many areas of the business to increase efficiency and productivity. Randall has a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.



Joe Lehr
Vice Chairman / Chief Quality Officer

Joseph Lehr of Piezo TechnologiesJoe Lehr is Vice President/COO of Piezo Technologies and member of the board. With 30+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Operations and Quality Assurance, Joe was initially hired as the Quality Assurance Manager for Etalon, Inc. in 1991. In December 1999 Joe was part of the management buyout and became a co-owner of Piezo Technologies. With the growth and change of its divisions — Etalon and Keramos, Joe has held a number of positions, including:



Mike Phillips of Piezo Technologies.Mike Phillips
Vice President / Chief Technology Officer

Mike Phillips is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Piezo Technologies and a member of its Board of Managers. He has been a successful leader in the engineering field for almost 30 years. Mike is currently responsible for development of new technology and applications for Piezo Technologies. His accomplishments include the acquisition of several successful grants, construction of a new materials research and development laboratory, and extensive expansion of the technical staff. His ongoing activities include developing new technology opportunities and promotion of relationships with Indiana University, Purdue University, and other academic institutions. Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Purdue School of Engineering and is a member of several professional societies.
