High Temperature Ultrasonic Transducers for Contact with Hot Surfaces (500°F, 260°C) and Resistance to Thermal Cycling
Piezo Technologies' High Temperature 500°F (260°C) Ultrasonic Transducers for continuous use represent state-of-the-art technology; do not require delay lines while in contact with hot surfaces; and are resistant to thermal cycling. These transducers utilize the highest quality materials in their construction, and are available in contact, dual element, angle beam, and immersion type transducers.
Piezo Technologies' 500°F (260°C) Transducers, or modifications, have found wide use in the pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, petrochemical and power generation industries, and are being used for process control and continuous inspection.
Connection options include axial or right angle BNC, TNC, Microdot or potted high temperature cable. Specify length and connector when ordering. Piezo Technologies specially designed end-of-cable electrical matching boxes are available.
Piezo Technologies develops and manufactures semi-custom, modular, and pure custom (no off-the-shelf) ultrasonic transducer products. Our vast database of past projects provides a base for developing many new products as semi-custom or modular devices. This reduces both cost and turnaround time, while still providing a high quality, unique product. We also specialize in developing pure custom devices. Our technical experts are available to discuss your application and recommend an ultrasonic transducer product that will satisfy your specific requirements. To expedite your inquiry, please fill out our Information Request Form.
All of our finished products can be provided with the specific cabling and adapters you request. Just include your requirements on the Information Request Form or when ordering the product.
